Asendia, the global postal and fulfillment services company, needed to replace its legacy systems to support a complex, multi-region operation across Asia, Europe, and the USA. Its manual processes, disconnected order flows, and outdated warehouse management system made it difficult to centralize operations and keep pace with cross-border eCommerce growth. SelluSeller’s parent platform Anchanto, through its Wareo warehouse management system, was brought in to address these challenges.

SelluSeller and Anchanto implemented a unified fulfillment solution integrating Asendia’s internal tools and partner EDI, along with new workflows, APIs, and marketplace connections such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and Shopee. The result was a full migration of all customers off the legacy system within about six months, over 700,000 orders processed in the first six months, and peak daily volumes surpassing 60,000 orders, around 5x previous capacity. Asendia also expanded the partnership by purchasing 50 additional SelluSeller licenses to support fulfillment-driven order injection.
