Finnish Design Shop, the world's largest online store for Nordic design, faced challenges with obtaining objective data to measure the true effectiveness of its marketing channels and with the complexity of its monthly budget allocation process across multiple regions. To overcome this, they implemented the Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) tool from vendor Sellforte.
Sellforte's solution provided a more objective and reliable dataset, simplifying the budgeting process and giving the marketing team confidence in their decisions. The implementation of MMM allowed for streamlined budget allocation and introduced valuable scenario planning capabilities. This enabled Finnish Design Shop to optimize its media mix to maximize incremental sales and improve its return on ad spend (ROAS).
