JYSK, the global furniture retailer with a competitive Finnish market to navigate, wanted to understand the real sales and profit impact of its leaflet campaigns. Working with Sellforte’s Marketing Mix Modeling service, JYSK set out to identify the best leaflet distribution day, quantity, and postal areas to improve ROI and support long-term growth.
Sellforte analyzed three years of sales and marketing data, using postal code heatmaps and campaign timing analysis to pinpoint low-performing areas and optimal delivery days. As a result, JYSK stopped distributing leaflets in weak postal code areas, saving over €700k, and reallocated that budget to other media such as digital and TV, helping the company grow faster than the market.
