Trekline Motorsports adopted Skustack and Skublox and eliminated shipping mistakes

Trekline Motorsports, a Paramount, CA–based maker of aftermarket suspension kits founded in 2015, was rapidly growing its e‑commerce sales on Amazon, eBay and its own site and outgrew manual, Excel‑based inventory and picking processes. To address frequent shipping errors and the operational strain of a move to a much larger warehouse, Trekline Motorsports adopted Sellercloud and its modules Skustack and Skublox.

Sellercloud implemented Skustack for bin-level tracking and Skublox as a put‑to‑light system adapted into a mobile pick cart, enabling double-scan confirmations and kit-building on the move. The solution delivered a “night‑and‑day” boost in efficiency: Trekline cut overtime and staffing needs substantially (doing prior volumes that once required roughly double the staff), and shipping mistakes dropped significantly after Sellercloud’s deployment.
