Farwest Sports, a 60‑year‑old camping and hunting equipment retailer with 60–70K SKUs and a 200,000 sq ft warehouse, was overwhelmed by rapid e‑commerce growth and multichannel complexity. Sellercloud implemented a central inventory repository, automated channel syncs and ERP order flows, and provided Shipbridge for carrier integration, plus custom plugins and API/EDI connections (even to GunBroker). The result: dramatic time savings, far fewer manual processes, reduced risk of overselling, and a smaller order‑handling team (now down to four employees from a full office), elimination of daily multi‑hour inventory dumps, and smoother multichannel selling — all credited to Sellercloud.
