Farwest Sports, a 60‑year‑old camping and hunting equipment retailer with 60–70K SKUs and a 200,000 sq ft warehouse, was overwhelmed by rapid e‑commerce growth and multichannel complexity. Orders grew from a few dozen a day to 1,000+ in peak season, yet the team was manually entering orders, tracking shipments, and juggling incompatible warehouse, POS, and wholesale systems. Farwest Sports enlisted Sellercloud (including its inventory/WMS capabilities and the Shipbridge shipping app) to centralize inventory and streamline marketplace operations.

Sellercloud implemented a central inventory repository, automated channel syncs and ERP order flows, and provided Shipbridge for carrier integration, plus custom plugins and API/EDI connections (even to GunBroker). The result: dramatic time savings, far fewer manual processes, reduced risk of overselling, and a smaller order‑handling team (now down to four employees from a full office), elimination of daily multi‑hour inventory dumps, and smoother multichannel selling — all credited to Sellercloud.
