DC Cargo, a New Jersey–based consumer goods maker of tie-down equipment, faced unreliable inventory and warehouse management while using Cin7 — missing scans, stale stock data, frequent oversells, and limited order/search and automation capabilities. Seeking better control, speed, historical stock visibility and customer service, DC Cargo evaluated solutions and chose Sellercloud (along with Shipbridge and Skustack) to address those gaps.

Sellercloud implemented an all‑in‑one omnichannel solution, moving DC Cargo’s warehouse, shipping and inventory operations onto Sellercloud’s platform and integrating Shipbridge and Skustack. The results: operations scaled more than sevenfold (from a 5,000 sq ft to a 35,000 sq ft warehouse), expansion to 10+ sales channels, elimination of oversells, and improved inventory visibility that even allowed downsizing staff — all credited to Sellercloud.
