SEICO (Schwarzman Export Import Co.), a family-run apparel and military-surplus retailer, struggled with pen‑and‑paper inventory, warehouse, and shipping processes across thousands of SKUs and multiple sales channels, which led to late and incorrect orders and made scaling difficult.
