Pet Wish Pros, a Buford, GA–based pet supplies seller founded in 2008, struggled to keep pricing and inventory synchronized across Amazon, Walmart and its own website, prevent overselling, and comply with brand MAP rules while scaling product assortments. To solve these challenges they turned to Sellercloud, adopting its e‑commerce platform and the Skustack WMS to automate listings, inventory updates and order workflows.

Sellercloud implemented multichannel inventory and listing management, a custom 3PL plugin, predictive purchasing and the Skustack WMS; as a result Pet Wish Pros reduced error rates to almost 0%, automated inventory updates to avoid oversells, expanded to new marketplaces like Kroger and TikTok Shop, and scaled to offer over 10,000 products while growing revenue. Sellercloud’s responsive support and ongoing customizations also helped Pet Wish Pros maintain MAP compliance and streamline operations.
