Revive IT, a Mesa, AZ–based refurbished electronics retailer, faced growing operational strain as it shifted from recycling into multichannel online sales. Fragmented tools (including ChannelAdvisor/Rithum) and six separate platforms caused connectivity issues, limited logins, and poor multi‑warehouse inventory control, so Revive IT engaged Sellercloud and its Skustack/WMS capabilities to centralize inventory and fulfillment.

Sellercloud implemented Skustack to handle POs, receiving, picking, shipping and returns across multiple distribution centers, consolidating systems and improving real‑time inventory visibility. The change drove marked operational efficiency, simplified multi‑DC management (allowing inventory checks without a computer), reduced platform complexity and provided scalable support as Revive IT expanded its warehouses and operations with Sellercloud.
