How Sellercloud helped Tru Fragrance & Beauty eliminate overselling and automated workflows

Tru Fragrance & Beauty, a growing beauty and cosmetics wholesaler with three warehouses and 100+ employees, faced increasing complexity as it expanded onto Shopify, Amazon, Walmart and other channels. Disconnected systems led to manual work, inventory mismatches and overselling, and the largely Spanish‑speaking warehouse staff needed a solution that fit their workflow. Sellercloud implemented a centralized multichannel platform plus Skustack WMS and Shipbridge shipping integration to synchronize inventory, automate listings and enable scan‑and‑go warehouse workflows. The result: overselling was eliminated, order throughput jumped from ~320 orders/day across two shifts to 820 orders/day in one shift, e‑commerce now accounts for 20–25% of orders, cycle counts shortened dramatically and labor costs fell—driving sustained fast growth.
