Tobim Management Services, a Miami-based 3PL founded in 2019, grew rapidly from a three-person startup into a fulfillment provider but struggled with manual label-matching, fragmented inventory across marketplaces and Shopify stores, shipping/order inefficiencies, and communication barriers with a primarily Spanish-speaking workforce. Sellercloud implemented its platform and Skustack WMS (with Skustack Lens) and Shipbridge to provide inventory visibility, picklists, Spanish-language workflows, and employee oversight, reducing errors and wasted time. The result: Tobim expanded from a 1,300 sq ft operation to a 20,000 sq ft warehouse, grew headcount to 50, increased client capacity and revenue, and now credits Sellercloud with enabling faster, more accurate fulfillment and measurable operational scale.
