THINKCAR, a Los Angeles–based vehicle diagnostics technology company, was growing into online retail but relied on complex Google spreadsheets and manual email order processing, which caused orders to fall through the cracks, inaccurate SKU performance data, and poor customer service. To unify warehouse operations, inventory and sales, THINKCAR implemented Sellercloud to replace manual processes and provide integrated e‑commerce management.

Sellercloud was rolled out across warehouse operations, inventory management, order tracking, sales and customer service (including Shipbridge for shipping), automating purchase orders and providing real‑time inventory and multi‑channel order aggregation.
