How Sellercloud helped Shipflow manage its inventory and scale its 3PL business

ShipFlow, a New Brunswick, NJ–based 3PL founded in 2023, needed a modern, flexible system to manage thousands of SKUs and multichannel orders while giving brand customers transparency and control. Sellercloud implemented “no touch” automation (QR-coded packages, automated label/weight capture), the Order Rule Engine for fast carrier/rule changes, Skustack for intuitive warehouse navigation and pick tracking, and Skublox for faster, error‑reducing sorting. The result: ShipFlow now handles more than three million orders annually, can support brands doing 30–40k orders per month, scale quickly for peak seasons with 20–30 temps, and provide merchants real-time visibility and dramatically reduced manual errors thanks to Sellercloud.
