Ford Medical, a medical supplies and general merchandise company founded in 2017, was struggling to manage rapid multichannel growth with manual spreadsheets, fragmented software, and limited warehouse visibility — all while needing accurate Power BI reporting and support for non-English-speaking staff. After evaluating options, Ford Medical selected Sellercloud (plus Skustack) as its e-commerce and warehouse solution.
Sellercloud delivered a unified platform — inventory and order management, FBA/WFS replenishment, an Order Rule Engine, custom plugins and open APIs, plus the Skustack warehouse app and Skustack Lens — to automate workflows, streamline picking, and centralize reporting. As a result, Ford Medical scaled from ~30,000 orders per year to more than 1.5 million, grew sales to over $50 million, and expanded headcount from 3 to 65 employees while improving efficiency and data accuracy.
