CPG.IO, a 3PL founded in 2012 that grew from a 10,000 sq ft operation to a 150,000 sq ft warehouse while serving major brands, struggled with a legacy, non‑cloud e‑commerce system that produced duplicate and inconsistent reports, could not handle multiple client channels or change tracking, and was costly per transaction. To solve these growth pain points, CPG.IO turned to Sellercloud (going live in September 2021).

Sellercloud implemented a cloud‑based, integrated platform — including Skustack WMS, an Order Rule Engine, a customizable repricer, open APIs and rapid marketplace integrations (e.g., TikTok Shop, Walmart) — centralizing product data, automating order flows, improving fraud checks and enabling multi‑warehouse setups. The result: Sellercloud helped CPG.IO scale to manage 200+ brands, double channel coverage, grow staff from ~50 to 130–150, and boost throughput from roughly 2,000 to over 20,000 daily orders while keeping costs relatively static.
