How Sellercloud enabled H Group to diversify their wholesale business and sell DTC, leading to a sharp increase in revenue and order volume

H Group, a family-owned apparel manufacturer that had been 80–90% wholesale, needed to pivot to e-commerce and DTC as retail partners migrated online. They faced ballooning order cancellations, inability to transmit required inventory/EDI feeds to marketplaces, and a disconnected tech stack of multiple platforms that created manual work and errors. After evaluating solutions, H Group selected Sellercloud to provide a single platform to manage dropshipping, inventory feeds, order fulfillment, and channel connectivity.

Sellercloud implemented a unified e-commerce operations platform that automated inventory reporting, order tracking, EDI connections, and fulfillment workflows, with onboarding completed in about 45 days. The result: cancellations dropped from double digits to 0.5%, workload was reduced by at least half, order fulfillment rates nearly quadrupled, and H Group expanded to 15+ channels and a 50/50 split between wholesale and online sales—positioning them to grow e-commerce to 75–80% with ongoing Sellercloud support.
