Financial Service Provider Company, a financial-services leader, faced a persistent problem of long-tenured sales reps underperforming and costing millions given typical $25M quotas. Replacing low performers was risky and slow, so the firm engaged Selleration and its cloud-based UPtick™ platform (measuring Selling Intelligence™) to diagnose and address sales-team weaknesses.
Selleration used UPtick™ to assess cognitive skills, selling behaviors, sales skills and judgment, which identified problem reps (leading to two terminations and one resignation) and produced a hiring benchmark that found two new reps who hit 116% and 141% of quota. The Selleration pilot boosted two territories from $27.9M to $51.4M (an 84% increase) and generated a net $23.5M in new annual revenue.
