Midwest Organics, a mushroom grow kit brand, partnered with SellerApp to fix an Amazon PPC account that had become hard to scale. Despite strong demand, their ads were running in a cluttered, auto-heavy structure with rising CPCs, weak keyword control, and limited visibility into performance, which led to wasted spend, stalled revenue growth, and high ACoS.
SellerApp rebuilt the account with a full-funnel Amazon PPC strategy using manual, keyword-focused campaigns, ASIN/category segmentation, negative keyword automation, tiered bidding, and listing optimization. The results were strong: ad revenue increased from $150K to $250K, ACoS dropped from 19% to 15.8%, TACoS fell to 10%, conversion rate rose from 7% to 12%, and impressions doubled from 400K to 800K.
