Chair Master achieves 63% ad revenue growth & lower ACoS with SellerApp

Chair Master, a US-based office chair brand founded by Michael Liu, needed help scaling Amazon PPC beyond a performance ceiling. The company had been running manual auto-campaigns since 2019 with little optimization, no negative keyword strategy, and weak support for its B2B-focused buyer journey. As an FBM brand in a competitive, review-driven category, it struggled to grow profitably on a limited ad budget and without an internal ad team.

SellerApp stepped in with a full-funnel Amazon advertising overhaul using its PPC tools and expertise, rebuilding the account with 78 active campaigns, dedicated best-seller campaigns, search term mining, negative targeting, and Amazon B2B campaigns, plus listing optimization and rank tracking. The results were strong: ad revenue rose 63% from $29,170 to $47,624, ACoS fell from 21.12% to 15.83%, total sales increased 78.5% from $91,392 to $163,084, TACoS improved from 6.74% to 4.62%, and CTR nearly doubled from 0.15% to 0.27%.
