Geomag, a small Toys & Games brand selling educational magnetic construction toys on Amazon US, had a growing but inefficient ad account. Despite steady monthly revenue, their PPC structure was scattered, auto-campaigns were bloated with irrelevant search terms, negative targeting was missing, and branded ads were running at 60–70% ACoS with CPCs reaching $1.77.
