Geomag, a small Toys & Games brand selling educational magnetic construction toys on Amazon US, had a growing but inefficient ad account. Despite steady monthly revenue, their PPC structure was scattered, auto-campaigns were bloated with irrelevant search terms, negative targeting was missing, and branded ads were running at 60–70% ACoS with CPCs reaching $1.77. SellerApp rebuilt Geomag’s campaigns with a full-funnel PPC strategy, including segmented branded, category, competitor, defensive, SKU-level, and top-of-search campaigns, plus weekly search term audits, negative targeting, bid optimization, listing improvements, and budget forecasting. The results were strong: sales rose from $174K to $215K between January and May 2025, wasted ad spend dropped by 98% from $1,538 to $25, CPCs fell to $1.17, TACoS hit 16%, CTR peaked at 1.32%, and conversion rate improved to 4.4%.
