Ann Arbor T-shirt Company, led by owner Jerry Kozak, was printing and selling hundreds of thousands of shirts annually but faced a turning point after surpassing $1 million in annual Amazon ad spend. Rather than hire in-house, the company engaged Seller Labs Managed Services (SLMS) to reassess and manage their Amazon PPC strategy, drawn by Seller Labs’ existing tools and close relationship with Amazon.

Seller Labs performed an initial campaign overhaul to cut wasted spend, then took over ongoing campaign management and optimization while Ann Arbor continued large-scale campaign creation. SLMS added features like Sponsored Brand Ads and Amazon Stores (driving an extra $300–$400/day), expanded management to the UK and Canada, and delivered measurable gains: 132% increase in total sales, ~130% increases in ad sales and units sold, a 133% rise in advertised units sold, plus reductions in ACoS and ACoP.
