Opticsrev, founded by Logan Wise, was growing quickly and wanted to add a new watches product line but faced doubled SKUs and order volume as a one-person operation. After moving fulfillment to Amazon FBA, Opticsrev needed an affordable way to integrate FBA with other channels and adopted Sellbrite’s AutoMCF to avoid expensive enterprise solutions.
Sellbrite implemented AutoMCF to automate multi-channel fulfillment and inventory management so Opticsrev could scale without adding staff. As a result, Opticsrev broke $1,000,000 in sales in 2013; the new product line accounted for 40% of sales—about $400,000—while efficiencies enabled further product-line expansion.
