Bista Co, a jewelry seller in Elk Grove, CA with over $5M in annual sales, was expanding from eBay into Amazon, Walmart and its own BigCommerce store but struggled with oversells and the complexity of managing multiple channels. To address this, Bista Co turned to Sellbrite’s multi-channel inventory and listing management platform for inventory control, FBA sync, catalog management and streamlined listing workflows.

Sellbrite centralized Bista Co’s inventory and listing operations, replacing spreadsheets and preventing stockouts across marketplaces. As a result, Bista Co saved about 4–5 hours per week (roughly 40 hours per month) for strategic work and attributes around 20% of its growth—approximately $1 million in additional sales—to using Sellbrite.
