The customer, Namics, a full-service digital agency with offices in Germany, Switzerland, and Serbia, faced challenges with its outdated Lotus Notes and file server infrastructure. Sharing and retrieving data across multiple locations was difficult, prompting a search for a cloud-based solution. Namics partnered with //SEIBERT/MEDIA to implement Google G Suite.

This enabled seamless document sharing and real-time collaboration, significantly reducing internal printing and the need for desk phones as communication moved to Google Hangouts. The implementation of Hangouts Meet hardware in each office also improved meeting efficiency and generated travel cost savings. Namics reported that collaboration improved and customers were surprised by the new efficiency.
