One of the world's largest telecom companies, operating a vast network of over 100,000 devices, faced significant security challenges due to uncontrolled machine identities like ghost SSH keys and certificates. This lack of governance and visibility created exploitable vulnerabilities across their on-premises and cloud infrastructure. To address this, they partnered with Segura to implement its PAM Core, DevOps Secret Manager, and Certificate Manager solutions.

Segura deployed its platform to centralize identity management, scanning and discovering all privileged credentials across more than 10,000 devices. The solution automated the rotation and renewal of these identities. As a result, the telecom giant achieved a centralized view of all credentials, drastically reduced the number of ghost keys and unused credentials, and minimized application outages caused by certificate expirations.
