The customer, one of Brazil's largest healthcare organizations, faced significant security and operational challenges after a failed deployment of a legacy privileged access management (PAM) tool. This left privileged accounts unmanaged, jeopardized compliance with data regulations, and prevented external doctors from reliably connecting to critical systems.
