Select Fashion, a value fashion retailer, faced the challenge of providing a highly flexible and individualised onsite experience for its users. With a quarter of all sales coming from site search and a large inventory of 9000 products, they needed a solution from Segmentify to deliver real-time, personalised product recommendations and search results without disrupting the user journey. The key objectives were to significantly increase both average order value (AOV) and overall conversion rates.
Segmentify implemented its personalisation solutions, including a new searchbox recommendation feature that analyses queries in real-time. They also added widgets for onsite retargeting, such as "recently viewed items." This partnership generated substantial results: Select Fashion saw a 4.9x increase in conversion rates, a 14% higher AOV, and a 2.5x boost in conversions from personalised search. Ultimately, 13% of all revenue was generated through Segmentify's personalisations.
