iCLOTHING, Ireland's leading online fashion retailer, faced the challenge of helping customers navigate its large and growing inventory of over 50 brands. To improve the customer experience and increase conversions, they partnered with Segmentify to implement its smart personalisation software for automated product recommendations.
Segmentify implemented its AI-powered personalisation engine across 13 areas of the iCLOTHING website, including the homepage and checkout pages. The solution delivered recommendations based on user behaviour, which led to a 3.6x increase in conversion rates, a 19% higher average order value, and 1.7x higher add-to-basket rates. Ultimately, 34% of all monthly sales were driven by Segmentify's recommendations.
