Philip Morris International (PMI) needed a better way to engage and include 77,000 employees across nearly 100 markets during a major cultural and strategic transformation. Existing internal communications were too top-down, and attempts to collect employee videos through email and file transfers were inconsistent, time-consuming, and difficult to manage. PMI turned to Seenit, a user-generated video platform, to help bring more authentic employee voices into its communications.
With Seenit, PMI could collect, curate, and live-direct employee video content from around the world for projects like its CEO-led “InConversation” series, “A Day in the Life,” wellbeing and D&I initiatives, and recruitment videos. Seenit helped PMI produce more video than ever before, with significantly improved consistency in length, format, and relevance, while driving stronger engagement and cultural change across the business.
