A Seed Case Study
The customer, lululemon, faced the challenge of opening a new store at Battersea Power Station and earning a place in the neighborhood by moving beyond being a performance apparel brand. Their goal was to make the physical, mental, and social dimensions of wellbeing feel accessible to the local community. The vendor, Seed, assisted with an activation strategy to meet this brief.
Seed's solution was to create a three-zone activation named Connect, Sweat, and Grow. This involved a meet and greet with fitness creator Natasha Oceane, hands-on technique sessions with trainers, and an affirmation tag exchange. For results, Seed drove significant engagement with over 3,000 people engaged on-site, 300 meet and greet attendees, and 400 pieces of merchandise distributed.
