Thetford, a world market leader in mobile sanitary systems and recreational equipment, faced a challenge when one of its largest customers required a full EDI integration. Their previous approach of creating ad hoc solutions for individual EDI requests was no longer sufficient. They selected the SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite (BIS) to establish a central B2B hub.

SEEBURGER implemented an On-Premise BIS solution to handle the required EDI processes for orders, invoices, and shipments. The solution's flexibility also allowed Thetford to use it for integrating a new Salesforce application with their internal systems. According to an IT Business Analyst, this provided a standard approach for all integration scenarios, giving the company more control and flexibility over its B2B/EDI and EAI integrations.
