A SEEBURGER Case Study
HOERBIGER, a global industrial group manufacturing components for compressors and engines, decided to implement a global Salesforce CRM system. Their challenge was to integrate this new cloud solution with their existing SAP systems to provide consolidated, up-to-date sales information. For this integration, they chose their long-standing partner, SEEBURGER, leveraging the SEEBURGER Cloud's capabilities.
SEEBURGER implemented a solution using its EAI, B2B/EDI, and MFT portfolio to connect Salesforce with HOERBIGER’s various SAP systems. The flexible SEEBURGER Cloud platform efficiently handled the complex integration, which included master data and order processes from different SAP versions into Salesforce. The project was completed successfully on time and on budget, even after a last-minute realignment, providing HOERBIGER with the required KPI reports and streamlined sales support.
