The SEEBURGER BIS solution provided a centralized data hub that integrated diverse business areas, including air and sea freight, and connected over 2,000 processes with customers and partners. This implementation enabled real-time transfer of tracking data, prioritized process control, and transparent communications. The results included significantly simplified data flows and optimized operations, positioning Emons to efficiently integrate future technologies like REST APIs and managed file transfer (MFT) for even better customer service.
