The chocolate manufacturer Ritter Sport needed to optimize its B2B and EAI system landscape. Their challenge was to securely and transparently connect with their logistics service provider, KVN, via AS2 and ensure the high-volume transmission of enterprise-critical logistics data. To address this, they chose the SEEBURGER Business Integration Suite from vendor SEEBURGER.

SEEBURGER implemented a solution combining Managed Services and Managed File Transfer (MFT) on a single platform. This provided a stable, transaction-secure connection to Ritter Sport's SAP R/3 system and external partners, with extended monitoring and automatic notifications for errors. The projects were completed smoothly and quickly, resulting in a very stable and transparent connection for all business partners, which was seen as a major advantage by Ritter Sport's Head of IT.
