The KSB Group, a leading supplier of pumps and valves, faced the challenge of legally mandated electronic invoicing requirements across its international operations. To address this, the company sought a central service provider and selected SEEBURGER's E-Invoicing Cloud Services based on their existing partnership.

SEEBURGER implemented its certified Peppol Access Point to handle the conversion and transmission of invoice data from KSB's SAP system into the required UBL format for countries like Norway and Sweden. This solution successfully managed compliance and technical complexity, going live by the end of 2020. The project established a reliable, scalable foundation for KSB's global e-invoicing strategy, with plans to expand the SEEBURGER solution to additional countries and formats.
