KAESER Digitizes Invoices Worldwide with SEEBURGER and TCG

KAESER Kompressoren AG, a leading manufacturer of compressed air products, sought to digitize its global invoice processing to increase efficiency. The company needed a holistic, SAP-integrated solution capable of handling all inbound and outbound invoice formats and channels. To tackle this challenge, KAESER chose to implement the SEEBURGER E-Invoicing Solution and its Purchase-to-Pay component, supported by OCR technology from partner TCG.

The solution implemented by SEEBURGER automated the capture and processing of all incoming invoices, whether paper or electronic. For outbound invoicing, the SEEBURGER E-Invoicing Cloud Service enabled the shift to standardized electronic formats. This resulted in a 70% no-touch posting rate for inbound invoices, significantly boosting productivity, and allowed KAESER to send 80% of its outbound invoices electronically, reducing effort, time, and costs.
