Huf SEEBURGER Cloud as a digital key for all integration tasks

HUF, a market leader in car access and authorization systems, faced the challenge of modernizing its complex and heterogeneous IT landscape. To support its global digital transformation, HUF needed to consolidate over 10 legacy ERP systems and numerous local EDI solutions. The company partnered with SEEBURGER and utilized its Cloud Integration Services to achieve this goal and integrate its new global SAP S/4HANA system.

SEEBURGER implemented a comprehensive cloud integration platform to act as a central hub. The solution connected the new SAP S/4HANA environment, consolidated master data governance, and integrated approximately 100 internal non-SAP systems and 70 external applications. SEEBURGER also standardized EDI communication with automotive customers and suppliers and provided a WebEDI portal. This allowed HUF to successfully complete a complex consolidation with few internal resources, within a tight timeframe, and at low risk, effectively making their entire IT architecture state-of-the-art.
