FS Fehrer Automotive GmbH, part of the AUNDE Group, is a global automotive supplier specializing in vehicle interiors. To eliminate manual data entry and input errors, the company sought to automate the flow of production and logistics data between its shop floor and ERP systems, requiring a robust integration solution.

SEEBURGER implemented its Business Integration Suite (BIS 6) as a central data hub. The solution automates data transfer from 20 PLC systems, converting it for use in SAP and other systems every 15 minutes. This provided Fehrer with real-time inventory data, greater process transparency, and the elimination of manual input errors. SEEBURGER's platform also masterfully handles numerous additional integration scenarios, equipping Fehrer for future digitalization challenges.
