Blanc und Fischer IT Services GmbH, an IT provider for the BLANC & FISCHER Family Holding, was managing multiple legacy SEEBURGER BIS5 installations for data exchange. They faced the challenge of connecting additional partners more easily and coping with increasing transaction volumes across their group of companies.

SEEBURGER implemented its BIS6 StandardSolution to consolidate and unify all processes. A key part of this modernization was a complex API integration that seamlessly connected the company's Heiler/Informatica PIM system to SAP, converting IDoc data into REST/JSON messages. The solution provided a flexible, scalable, and transparent platform for data synchronization. According to the customer, the SEEBURGER solution increased effectiveness, reduced data complexity and transmission effort, improved data quality, and enhanced time-to-market for new products.
