Byggtjeneste, a service provider to the Nordic construction industry, faced the challenge of complex and error-prone communication between its many buyers and sellers, who used different formats like various EDI standards, fax, and email. To build a service-oriented B2B portal, Byggtjeneste chose an integration platform from SEEBURGER.
SEEBURGER implemented its Business Integration Server and Portal Solution to create an Integration-as-a-Service (IAAS) platform. This solution provided advanced conversion services between formats, partner on-boarding, and business process monitoring. The results included a more cost- and time-efficient way of doing business for all companies involved, enabling them to subscribe to standardized services like e-invoicing while also creating unique services for specific communications.
