SecurityScorecard takes on continuous monitoring for a global nonprofit organization

Global Nonprofit Organization, a large multinational nonprofit operating in 70 countries and distributing funds to over 19 million people, faced gaps in its security posture: its internal tools and SecurityScorecard’s ratings were in use but did not provide sufficient continuous monitoring, triage, or compliance management for its expanding, federated global footprint. To address needs around self-monitoring, compliance, penetration testing, and ransom remediation, the organization engaged SecurityScorecard and leveraged SecurityScorecard Ratings and Professional Services.

SecurityScorecard conducted vulnerability scans and penetration tests, implemented continuous monitoring, validated and triaged incidents (assigning severity), and scanned AWS instances while providing quarterly deep-dive reviews. As a result, the Global Nonprofit Organization has experienced no cyber breaches, improved prioritization and remediation of high/critical incidents, and gained measurable peace of mind and stronger, continuously monitored security across its global operations.
