Global Retail Analytics Company, which supports over 2,000 brands and delivers analytics to millions of recipients, experienced a server compromise that led to data exfiltration. The customer engaged SecurityScorecard and leveraged Professional Services, including an Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) deployment, to contain and remediate the incident.

SecurityScorecard conducted more than 1,000 hours of investigative work, deployed EDR across the environment, implemented preventative tools, event monitoring and alerts, provided AWS architecture security guidance and a 24‑hour hotline, and established continuous monitoring and remediation playbooks. As a result, SecurityScorecard helped prevent a full compromise, restore the company’s data, and maintain security through ongoing infrastructure scans, alerts and joint reviews—eliminating the need to use the 24‑hour triage since deployment.
