CEDIA, the academic and research network of Ecuador, faced the challenge of protecting an extraordinarily diverse ecosystem of over 90 higher education institutions with fragmented visibility, budget asymmetry, and a growing attack surface. SecurityScorecard was integrated as an external feed into CEDIA's Vulnerability Operations Center (VOC), automating visibility, prioritization, and notification. The solution transformed their security posture, reducing the percentage of institutions with an F rating from ~63% to less than 20% and freeing over 60% of the team's operational time. The platform enabled faster, data-driven decisions and helped prevent incidents before they could occur.
