A mid-size technology organization sought to improve the security of its customer-facing web applications. To meet this challenge, they worked with Security Innovation to implement its simulation training through a series of internal Cyber Range events.

Security Innovation provided a solution of recurring, hands-on hacking events, starting with a pilot and expanding into quarterly sessions using different cyber ranges like Shadow Bank and Shred. The results included highly engaged employees, with each event drawing 20-30 participants who all scored a minimum of 500 points. The program became a formal part of training, with management encouragement, prizes for high performers, and results being highlighted company-wide.
