Veracode, a cloud-based application security testing provider with about 400 employees, needed an extra layer of real‑time monitoring and alerting across a mixed‑vendor IT landscape to protect its brand and address gaps in skills, time and budget. To meet that need it turned to SecureWorks, deploying SecureWorks Managed Services including iSensor Intrusion Prevention Service (IPS), Log Monitoring and Retention, and Advanced Endpoint Threat Detection (AETD), backed by SecureWorks’ Counter Threat Operations Centers.

SecureWorks installed three iSensor devices at Veracode’s key sites, provided 24x7 threat‑intelligence monitoring and indexed log search, and delivered guided remediation and critical alerts “in minutes.” The solution cut false positives versus Veracode’s prior Snort build, gave searchable logs for investigations, scaled with the business, and—according to Veracode—provided monitoring equivalent to “five more people,” strengthening customer trust, brand protection and Veracode’s competitive edge.
