The customer, a small rural utility called Security Gaps, had received repeated assurances from other cybersecurity firms that its defenses were flawless. The solution closed the critical security gaps, strengthened the utility's overall cyber defenses, ensured compliance with industry standards, and provided the CTO with greater confidence in their security posture.
