After a tender process it selected SecureWorks Managed Security Services — specifically SecureWorks Web Application Firewall Management and SecureWorks Monitored Server Protection — to provide 24/7 defense for its website and customer information.

SecureWorks’ CTOC team deployed and tuned the managed WAF across about 300 servers and monitored protection for roughly 50 servers, delivering continuous threat detection, prevention and staff knowledge transfer. The SecureWorks solution reduced the risk of data loss, allowed iSelect’s developers to accelerate new services, and delivered measurable cost savings — about 50% more cost‑effective than running a local team (and ~35% cheaper than offshore).
