Secureworks embedded a level‑one Cyber Threat Operations Center onsite, used CTP intelligence and Red Cloak sensors for 24x7 monitoring, and streamlined escalation processes. The engagement now protects about 13,500 endpoints, reduces 70 billion monthly events to roughly 20–40 actionable incidents, handles several phishing campaigns daily, and has noticeably improved global regulatory compliance — materially lowering the bank’s cyber risk.
