a multi-state infrastructure agency was facing significant challenges with its Cisco ISE deployment, which resulted in endless connectivity support tickets and a critical vulnerability in its Wi-Fi authentication model. The agency needed a solution for both corporate and guest Wi-Fi across its airports, bridges, and rail systems. They turned to SecureW2 for its Cloud RADIUS and Dynamic PKI products to address these issues.

SecureW2 implemented a certificate-based authentication solution using Intune and Group Policy, successfully migrating the agency from Cisco ISE. This closed the security vulnerability and eliminated the overwhelming number of connectivity support tickets. The solution brought 4,000 devices under secure, certificate-based Wi-Fi and also deployed guest Wi-Fi across its major facilities.
