Lockyer Valley Regional Council enhances document security, visibility and efficiency with Secured Signing

Lockyer Valley Regional Council (LVRC) needed to move digital signatures from roadmap to reality to improve document security, visibility and signing efficiency across departments, reduce printing/scanning/storage, and cut signing wait times—especially to support remote work. After an RFQ and evaluation process they selected Secured Signing to meet requirements around PKI-based security, Azure Directory SSO, traceable workflows and streamlined signatory processes.

Secured Signing implemented its enterprise digital signing platform (X.509 PKI digital signatures, SSO, workflow automation and iSign/WeSign features), initially rolling out to 20–30 users and expanding to 70 staff across the organisation. The solution eliminated the need to print and scan signed documents, provided audit trails and completion emails for records management, ensured business continuity during COVID-19, and delivered fast vendor support and feature enhancements—driving broad adoption and referrals from other councils.
